I hate to change my pictures, and letting go of summer/fall weather is so hard!
We sure have been blessed. Every year I take a picture of a day like this and how the sun falls on the lake. Then I blow it up and frame it. I sit it carefully on the entertainment center to help me remember this day, in order to help with those snowy ice-caked winter days. Ha! It does not help at all. But, I do it anyway.
We all have those days don't we, we wish we could capture it, make a movie, and savor it for later. If I figure out how to do that, I will share that with you. Lots of things going on this weekend. Look on Facebook - Faith Souder to see our adventure to Win Shulers restaurant in Marshall Weekend. We met a a woman celebrating her 24th anniversary and Joyce and I order her "Egyptian arm braclet". It was a real hoot.
Hey, take time to view the sun on the leaves, and water, if you can. Smell the balmy air. Thank God for His beautiful creations, even though the heat drove the beauty of the leaves to brown too soon. Thankfulness takes time off from the real stuff going on around us. God did Spring and Fall to give us new birth and a season of true elegance and color to celebrate Him.
ENJOY!
